Rachel Morrison is the GIS Program Manager of the Alabama 9-1-1 Board. She has spent over a decade working in geospatial data and emergency communications. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics from Troy University, she spent eight years as GIS Manager at Blount 9-1-1, building and maintaining the location data behind emergency response. Mrs. Morrison went on to serve as GIS Product Manager at INDIGITAL before joining the Alabama 9-1-1 Board. Rachel and her husband, Chase, have 3 children, Ella, Millie, and James.
